Salary Band
Base Salary: $95,000 – $125,000
On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $180,000 – $260,000
Compensation Structure: Base salary plus uncapped commission based on territory performance and team revenue.

What you'll do

As a Regional Sales Lead at Flatpay, you’ll lead the growth of our merchant payments business in your market. You’ll recruit, coach, and manage a team of employed Field Merchant Payment Consultants while driving new merchant acquisition across your territory. This role combines leadership, field sales strategy, and market development.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of Field Merchant Payment Consultants in your territory
• Recruit, hire, and onboard top-performing merchant payments sales professionals
• Drive merchant acquisition across SMB businesses with physical locations
• Conduct ride‑ alongs and coaching sessions to develop your sales team
• Support Consultants in closing key deals and managing large opportunities
• Develop t erritor y growth strategies and maintain a strong pipeline
• Monitor team performance and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets
• Provide market insights and competitive feedback to leadership
• Represent Flatpay locally and establish the brand with business owners

Who you are

• Experience in merchant payments or p ayment processing sales
• Proven t rack record of exceeding sales targets
• Experience managing or mentoring field - based sellers
• Strong recruiting and team development capabilities
• Ability to manage pipeline forecasting and territory strategy
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a market from the ground up
• Strong communication and leadership skills
