Ready to take the lead in the field and own your projects from stakeout to finish? Our fast-growing civil engineering firm is looking for a driven, sharp, no-nonsense Survey Crew Chief who knows how to get results and isn’t afraid to get their boots dirty.

What You’ll Do
- Lead field survey operations for land development, infrastructure, and municipal projects
- Manage crews, scheduling, and daily field logistics
- Perform boundary, topographic, and construction layout surveys
- Ensure accurate data collection using the latest GPS, robotic, and conventional instruments
- Work closely with engineers and project managers to keep projects moving and clients happy
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Survey Crew Chief (field-tested, confident, and detail-obsessed)
- Strong knowledge of survey instruments, field procedures, and safety practices
- Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate with your crew
- Valid driver’s license — and a passion for the road and the work
- New Jersey field experience a huge plus
