Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy support under supervision of a licensed PT, assisting with treatment plans and daily interventions.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, ROM, and strengthening to promote functional mobility.
- Assist with transfers, positioning, and activity tolerance, ensuring patient safety and proper use of assistive devices.
- Document patient progress, response to interventions, and any changes in status in the medical record; communicate updates to the care team.
- Maintain infection control practices, sanitize and prepare equipment, and support safe, person-centered care delivery.

Requirements
- Availability for a 13-week travel assignment beginning 07/20/2026
- Ability to work the scheduled 08:00–16:30 shifts with guaranteed hours
- Experience or comfort providing PT-related care in LTAC or skilled nursing settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary care
- Ability to pass standard credentialing and background checks required for onboarding
