Executive Director
A respected continuing care retirement community in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead daily operations across independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing. This mission-driven leader will oversee financial performance, regulatory compliance, and overall resident experience while partnering with the board and leadership team to drive strategic growth, support staff, and maintain a positive, collaborative culture. Senior living leadership experience is required, with multi-level care oversight preferred, and a Nursing Home Administrator license is a plus.
