- Admission to the New Jersey Bar in good standing with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Immigration, and Criminal Defense
- Ability to handle a high caseload
- Detail-oriented, organized, and quick
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred; Portuguese is a plus
- Experience with Immigration, Criminal, Landlord/Tenant, Personal Injury, Workmen's Compensation, Family Law (divorce, child support, custody, TRO, etc.), Real Estate, Wills and Trusts, Municipal, and other areas of law
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent public speaking skills
- Ability to work cases either independently or as part of a team, to develop case strategies
- MUST have a driver's license and be computer literate.
- Provide Representation at Civil/Criminal Hearings/Immigration
- Conduct interviews, depositions, and trials
- Drafting and submitting motions, complaints, answers, forms, and briefs in addition to other court/client correspondence
- Conducting complex legal research and case-specific analysis
Pay: Starting at (around) $110,000.00 per year, depending on experience.

- Health insurance
- Paid time off- 10 Holiday Pay, 2 personal/ 3 sick/ one week of vacation after one year, which will increase every year up to 1 month in 5 years.
