Role Overview

We are hiring an enthusiastic and driven Junior Business Analyst to assist with business requirement analysis, documentation, and project support activities. This opportunity is well-suited for individuals with up to three years of experience who are looking to strengthen their analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

This role offers structured training, hands-on exposure to live projects, mock interview sessions, and continuous professional guidance to support long-term career growth in Business Analysis.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to collect, evaluate, and document business requirements

• Support the preparation of functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation

• Assist project teams by clarifying requirements and maintaining accurate documentation

• Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains

• Contribute to the creation of BRDs, FRDs, workflow diagrams, and basic wireframes

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by drafting test cases and verifying system functionality

• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented

• Participate in real-time project work, analytical exercises, and mock sessions

• Receive ongoing interview coaching and career support

• Required Qualifications and Skills

• 0–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or related analytical role

• Basic knowledge of requirement gathering techniques and SDLC/Agile frameworks

• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar platforms

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities

• Effective communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Ability to document processes and break down complex business needs

• Eagerness to learn and grow within business, product, and systems analysis
