• Hourly pay: $45-$65/hr (Pay varies based on the candidate's experience and location)
• Worksite: Leading podcast and audiobook company (Newark, NJ 07102 - Hybrid, Must be onsite 2-3 days a week, Open to remote candidates in the United States, Candidates local to Newark are preferred)

• 40 hours/week, 9 Month Assignment

A leading podcast and audiobook company seeks an Airtable Specialist . The successful candidate will empower diverse stakeholders through seamless technology solutions.

Airtable Specialist Responsibilities:

• Design, build, maintain, and support complex solutions for Intake & Approvals workflows, Deals and Production tracking, and business reporting needs for both external partners and internal stakeholders within Airtable.
• Configure and implement best-in-class systems and workflows that serve independent authors, publishers, distributors, agents, managers, narrators, and internal operations teams.
• Collect and implement incoming feedback to continuously improve system functionality and user experience.
• Onboard new users to ensure smooth adoption and optimal utilization of new technology solutions.
• Move fast to refine clear scope and product requirements, question assumptions, and proactively identify product risks.
