Residential Lutron & AV Technician

• Install and program residential AV, lighting, shading, network, and control systems (Savant, Lutron, Sonos, TVs, shades, etc.).
• Deliver clean, reliable, and well-managed work that meets Springboard’s high standards.
• Solve problems on-site and ensure every detail is right—from cable terminations to perfectly tuned lights.
• Collaborate with a team that works hard, is eager to grow, and stays ego-free.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years Lutron, network, and residential AV installation experience.
• Strong wiring, rack building, and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail—you take pride in work only another tech might ever see.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Travel required across Philadelphia, Manhattan, Miami, and beyond
• Experience with Lutron, Sonos, or networking is required.

Pay Range: $25-$35 per hour dependent on experience and additional factors, PLUS additional incentives (see above). This is an hourly, non-exempt role.
