Job Title: Bilingual Human Resources Assistant
Location: Freehold, NJ
Type: Direct-Hire Opportunity
Compensation: $18.00/hr.
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 40 hours
Bilingual HR Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Process weekly payroll accurately and on time.
- Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling, maintaining files, and completing agency forms such as unemployment and garnishment forms.
- Enter employment data into the computer database efficiently.
- Assist HR supervisor with the hiring process, including reviewing applications, managing I-9 and W-4 documentation.
- Proven work experience in an office setting.
- Bilingual English / Spanish
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment such as fax machines and printers.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude.
- Detail oriented.
- Training will be provided for the right candidate.
