The Role

The Senior Lead Technology Consultant will be responsible for the architectural design, integration, and testing of hybrid-cloud systems—including network infrastructure spanning customer’s own and their client data centres. This role will ensure robust environments and support for applications running on these platforms, serving both the customer and its clients.

Location

This is a work from home position in New Jersey.

The Main Responsibilities

• Architectural Design & Solution Delivery
• Define and verify detailed technical designs for hybrid-cloud enterprise solutions, including network architecture across multiple data centres.
• Develop plans and proposals based on client needs
• Lead technical assessments and deliver specific solutions to the customer and its clients.
• Coordinate new installations, migrations, and designs for technology solutions across networks, operating systems, and virtualisation platforms.
• Integration & Testing
• Support integration and testing of infrastructure, OS, and virtualisation layers to provide stable environments for applications.
• Engage in technical problem-solving across multiple technologies, often developing new methods for unique challenges.
• Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement
• Provide advanced technical consulting and advice on solution design, system management, and tuning.
• Collect and analyse data from appropriate sources to determine customer requirements.
• Create formal networks and coordinate among internal and external groups.
• Team Leadership & Knowledge Management
• Lead functional project teams, manage team lifecycle stages, and foster high performance.
• Own and manage knowledge sharing within the team and across projects.
• Ensure team members support knowledge sharing and re-use requirements.
• Sales & Business Development
• Support sales activities, manage bids, and contribute to the sales lifecycle as required.

Skills & Experience

• Broad expertise in IT solutions, hybrid-cloud architecture, and network design.
• Significant experience in technical consulting, solution delivery, and integration projects.
• Proven ability to work independently and exercise judgement in complex situations.
• Experience with enterprise environments in financial services is highly desirable.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Typically, 10+ years of related experience

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$142,603 - $190,137 in these states: NJ
