• 40 plus hours per week; overtime as needed

Job Summary

Konrad Beverage Company is seeking a dependable Seasonal Helper/Driver to assist with deliveries and product stocking at customer accounts. This role supports efficient operations, ensures proper product rotation, and helps maintain strong customer relationships through professionalism and reliable service. Full-time opportunity based on performance and business needs at year-end.

Responsibilities

• Assist delivery drivers with transporting and delivering products to assigned accounts
• Assist in picking products in warehouse
• Stock coolers and shelves neatly, ensuring proper product rotation
• Collect and load empty kegs from customer locations
• Break down and stack products from side-load and rear-load trucks
• Help deliver products to multiple locations throughout the day
• Check product freshness and rotate inventory as needed
• Maintain a safe work environment by following company policies and safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customer contacts
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including rain, heat, and cold

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 165 lbs
• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
