Buyer Agent Opportunity

We are looking for a driven Buyer Agent to join our growing real estate team. In this role, you will guide homebuyers through every step of the process—from initial inquiry to closing—while providing a smooth, informed, and positive experience.

Your focus will be on understanding each client’s unique needs, identifying matching properties, and following up to ensure successful outcomes. $160,000 at plan

• Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
• Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
• Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
• Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
• Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction

• Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
