The organization seeks a Front End Engineer to build and modernize Angular applications that support financial professionals with dashboards and trade management capabilities. The role will design clean, scalable solutions, migrate AngularJS to modern Angular, and deliver micro front ends within a mono-repo. The engineer will collaborate with UX to translate design systems into reusable components and will integrate with REST APIs and real-time data. The environment is fast paced and expects senior-level autonomy to set up applications from scratch and deliver maintainable outcomes.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $70.00 to $75.00/hr. w2

• Design, develop, and maintain Angular front-end applications and components.
• Migrate legacy AngularJS features to modern Angular with a structured upgrade plan.
• Build micro front ends within a mono-repo and manage shared libraries.
• Translate Figma or equivalent designs into accessible, responsive, reusable components.
• Integrate with REST APIs and real-time data sources such as websockets.
• Implement data visualization using libraries including AgGrid and Highcharts.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability through standards and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering peers to deliver features on schedule.
• Coach and mentor associates and contribute to development standards.
• Set up new Angular applications from scratch, including configuration and tooling.

• 6 to 9 years of hands-on front-end engineering with modern JavaScript frameworks, especially Angular.
• Proficiency with Angular, TypeScript, Node.js, HTML, CSS/CSS3, SCSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with micro front ends, mono-repo concepts, and shared library management.
• Integration experience with REST APIs and real-time data via sockets.
• Experience with AgGrid, Highcharts, Bootstrap, moment.js, and NPM.
• Comfort with VS Code and Git-based workflows.
• Experience with Jira and CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.
• Ability to convert Figma or equivalent designs into functional components using a design system.
• Knowledge of NX Workspaces or other mono-repo frameworks.
• Understanding of web components and component architecture.
• Strong critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated capability to coach, mentor, and develop peers.
• AWS Cloud experience (preferred).
• Awareness of middle-tier technologies such as Java (preferred).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
