Job Description

We are actively recruiting a Board Certified/Board Eligible Plastic Surgeon interested in developing a comprehensive reconstructive and cosmetic practice, with a focus on breast reconstruction. Microsurgery experience or fellowship is a plus and can help you establish your practice quickly.

Compensation is highly competitive and transparent, starting with a base salary and potential upside. You will have access to two modern surgery centers and join a well-managed department with 4 offices, 5 plastic surgeons, 3 PAs, and fully staffed, efficient operations.

Compensation Range: $350,000 - $750,000. Salary will be determined based on experience, performance, quality measures, and location.
