Job Details

• Salary: From $35,000 to $120,000 a year
• Job Type: Full Time
• Location: Vineland, NJ 08630

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and conduct a needs analysis to determine the desired make, type, and features of vehicles.
• Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation in the showroom or on the road.
• Research model availability and optional equipment via computer database.
• Collaborate with Sales and F&I Managers to negotiate sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fees, discounts, and financing or lease terms.
• Inspect inventory by walking the lot regularly.
• Complete all paperwork and coordinate vehicle delivery and registration.
• Deliver vehicles and familiarize customers with their operation.
• Attend required training sessions and department meetings.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Work Hours

This is a full-time position with hours aligned to dealership operations and customer needs.

• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills to maintain contact with clients before and after sales.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
