We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages

- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to enhance their experience

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating areas

- Operate coffee equipment and ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness

- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

- Stay informed about coffee trends and menu offerings

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred

- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• The rate for this position is $9.63/hour. This is a tip-eligible position.
