How you create impact

As Warehouse Team Lead for the Returns department at Kuehne+Nagel, you will oversee the daily operations of our warehousing team, focusing on the efficient management of Returns processing.

  • Team Leadership: Direct and supervise the activities of warehouse associates.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend and implement processes to enhance operational efficiency and achieve departmental goals.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all personnel, equipment, and property adhere to safety standards and OSHA regulations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure timely processing of returns orders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and Operations Manager to optimize workflows and resolve issues.
  • Availability: Be prepared to work overtime as required.

What we would like you to bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a warehouse environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Must be Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish
  • Must have experience working with WMS software
  • Must be available to work Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (plus overtime as needed)

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
