BASIC FUNCTION

Responsible for assisting in managing and monitoring Lending Division’s portfolios, ensuring they align with the Bank’s goals. This is to include the data manipulation and review across all lending departments in order to achieve appropriate analytical results to track pipeline, performance and profitability. Daily operations will include generating, manipulating and analyzing data via the Bank’s multiple applications. This position will work hand and hand with the SVP & DIRECTOR, CRE LENDING.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generating reports/queries via Qlik, cView and OnDemand
• Monitoring reports via Qlik, cView and OnDemand
• Analyzing reports Qlik, cView and OnDemand
• Take a leadership role in continuously working to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the Division’s credit process.
• Report tracking on a daily basis (as applicable).
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into sales performance and pipeline conversion.
• Partner with Department Heads to gather data and validate accuracy of pipelines and reports.
• Conduct variance and trend analysis to explain fluctuations in performance.
• Provide support for Executive reporting, including monthly review and strategic planning and forecasting.
• Independent completion of special projects as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:

College Degree or equivalent related business experience.

Experience:

• Three+ years of commercial banking experience or other relevant area.
• Working knowledge of credit issues, Bank policies and commercial loan documentation.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Able to complete work in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Strong quantitative analytical skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrate superior knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet (Excel) software.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by Management as related to the Bank and its functions.
