Welcome! Bienvenidos! Im Alexa Santana, proud owner of the first-ever State Farm Agency in Rahway, New Jersey. As a bilingual agent (hablo Ingls y Espaol) and lifelong Central New Jersey resident, Ive built my agency on connection, compassion, and commitment. With a Bachelor of Science from Centenary University and over 23 years of State Farm experience, I earned the opportunity to open my doors as an agent in April 2021. Becoming a State Farm Agent isnt something that happens overnightits a journey built on helping others, something Im deeply passionate about. Being a Legacy Agent (my parents are also State Farm Agents), this career is more than a jobits part of my family and my purpose. But my most important role? Im a proud mom to an amazing child with autism. Being a special needs parent has shaped how I lead with empathy, advocate fiercely, and celebrate every milestoneat home and in business. My passion is helping others feel confident about their future by preparing for the unexpected and making space for their goals and dreams. Were here to serve the communities of New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania with Automobile, Homeowners, Renters, Condominium, Commercial, Pet, and Life Insurance. You can find us in the heart of the Rahway Arts District inside The Mall on East Cherry Street, right across from The Waiting Room Restaurant. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Alexa Santana - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
