Office Manager/Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant

Overview Reputable, well-established elevator service company with over 30 years experience in the industry is seeking a reliable and motivated Office Manager Trainee who possesses the desire and ability to advance and take on a leadership role. The ideal candidate must be bright, organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize effectively. Must have bookkeeping experience and be proficient in QuickBooks. Must be comfortable taking direction and undertaking a variety of activities to learn the business operation requirements.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare proposals, work orders and service agreements
- Respond to email activity and other correspondence
- Manage business insurance plans and documents
- Handle incoming service requests and sales calls
- Accounts receivable and collections
- Manage and schedule inspections
- Banking and reconciliations
- Sales and use tax payments
Required Skills
- Proficient in QuickBooks, Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Suite. Knowledge of Act! database software a plus
- Friendly and professional attitude toward customers and co-workers
- Minimum 5+ years proven experience in office administration
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent

Salary
- $52,000 - $72,800 Commensurate with Experience
