Data Entry Clerk
Job Description
The Data Entry Clerk at QP Group will be responsible for maintaining and updating various databases and information systems. They will play a crucial role in ensuring data accuracy and integrity for the organization's procurement and supply chain operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Inputting and updating data into the company's databases and information systems
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of all data entered
- Performing regular data quality checks and audits
- Assisting in generating reports and analyzing data as needed
- Supporting the procurement team in various data entry tasks
- Following data entry processes and procedures to maintain high standards
- Collaborating with team members to support overall procurement objectives
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data entry and information management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes (preferred)
Desired Experience:
The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry and information management. Experience in a procurement or supply chain environment would be a plus.
