The Opportunity

As part of the Talent and Development team you collaborate with leaders and other stakeholders to identify learning needs and shape training strategies to enhance the skills and performance of our people. As a Director, you set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining influential executive-level client relations. You manage a team of project managers and designers, leveraging innovative techniques and technology to deliver impactful, scalable learning solutions, fostering a culture of continuous development in support of the firm's strategy.

Responsibilities

- Collaborating with leadership to identify learning requirements and craft training strategies

- Steering the strategic direction and spearheading business development initiatives

- Overseeing a variety of projects while maintaining key client relationships

- Managing a team of project managers and designers to align with business objectives

- Utilizing innovative methods and technology to deliver impactful learning solutions

- Encouraging a culture of ongoing development to support the firm's strategic goals

What You Must Have

- High School Diploma

- 8 years of experience

- Bachelor's Degree preferred

- Demonstrating thought leader-level abilities as a team leader

- Excelling in adult learning theories and human-centered design

- Strategic mindset and thinking

- Managing stakeholder relationships and change leadership

- Utilizing data analytics and generating insights

The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
