We are seeking Neurologists to join a premier, physician-led group in Northern New Jersey that prioritizes diagnostic autonomy over high-volume burnout. We are filling vacancies with turn-key patient panels and a massive, immediate demand for EEG and EMG services.

The Practice

High-Quality "Physician's Life"

We've rebuilt the neurology model to protect your time and emphasize cognitive depth.

Outpatient Focus: We have strategically exited hospital burdens.

Protected Pacing: 40-minute New Patient consults and 20-minute Follow-ups. Average daily volume is a manageable 10-15 patients.

Advanced Support: * 3 Nurse Practitioners manage lower-complexity cases so you can focus on high-acuity neurology.

1:1 Medical Assistant for all rooming and administrative prep.

2:1 Nursing Ratio (two doctors share one clinical nurse) to handle results, prescriptions, and prior auths.

Diagnostic Autonomy: * EMG: Dedicated 1-hour blocks for high-quality, unhurried testing.

EEG: Immediate, high-volume backlog ready for interpretation.

Botox: You set your own pace (10 vs. 20-minute slots).

Compensation & Benefits

Base Guarantee: 375,000+ (Starting Floor).

Total Earning Potential: 450,000+.

Productivity: Dollar per wRVU model (targeting ~7,000 wRVUs/year).

Incentives: Competitive Sign-on Bonus + One-year Retention Bonus.

Schedule: 35 face-to-face hours
