Amazing U Community Services is seeking a caring and energetic female Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team on a part-time, 1099 contractor basis. This role involves supporting an individual in their daily routine, promoting independence, and assisting with scheduled activities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support with daily living activities and community inclusion.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and dignity of the individual at all times.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and guardians.
- Provide weekend support as scheduled.
Requirements:
- Must be dependable, compassionate, and energetic.
- Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred but not required).
- Must pass background check and meet state requirements for DSPs.
Schedule:
- Part-time hours (Morning)
Compensation:
- 1099 contractor status
