Warehouse Associate
Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Lakewood, NJ
Type: Contract To Hire
Compensation: $20.00
Contractor Work Model: Onsite – onsite
Hours: 8 am to 5 pm / 1 hour unpaid lunch
Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ensure accurate handling of screws, bolts, fasteners, and industrial hardware products.
- Maintain organized inventory locations and bin systems.
- Organize pallets and new shipments.
- Conduct physical inventory counts using scales.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb during shifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Comfortable working in warehouse environment.
- Inventory accuracy rate.
- Order fulfillment accuracy.
- Ability to move into a managerial role.
- Organizational skills.
