Job Responsibilities:

• Deposit Cash Receipts (ACH & checks) daily into our financial software
• Prepare and send invoices daily via email or SAP Portals to clients
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports
• Perform collections of past due invoices
• Check/verify correct information and accuracy standards are adhered to for order entry
• Process credit card payments utilizing an online portal
• Maintain meticulous records/filing
• Assist Administration Manager in various day-to-day matters including special projects

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
• 2 years previous Accounting experience required
• Manufacturing background preferred but not necessary
• Previous experience with ERP software required

Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
