Redefine Healthcare is seeking a Full-Time OR Circulator Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing clinical team in our Hackensack, NJ office. The OR Circulator RN plays a vital role in ensuring patient safety, advocacy, and coordination of care throughout procedures performed in an office-based or procedure room setting. Job Title: OR Circulator Registered Nurse (RN)

Salary/Pay Rate: $52-58/hour, depending on specialty and experience

Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Type : Full-time

Job Title Duties (not limited to):

• Provide nursing care to patients before, during, and after procedures
• Serve as the OR Circulator, ensuring patient safety and advocacy at all times
• Prepare and maintain procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and sterility
• Perform pre-operative assessments, including IV insertion, vital signs, medication administration, and medical history documentation
• Monitor patients throughout procedures in collaboration with physicians, anesthesia, and procedural staff
• Accurately document procedural events in SIS EMR
• Provide post-procedure monitoring, patient education, and discharge instructions
• Communicate patient status updates to family members as appropriate
• Ensure compliance with infection control policies and regulatory standards
• Maintain procedure room readiness and oversee patient, staff, and vendor traffic to reduce infection risk
• Respect patient rights to privacy, dignity, and confidentiality

Education & Experience Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in: Operating Room, Procedure Room, Ambulatory Surgery Center, or similar procedural setting

• Required: Active NJ RN license, BLS
• Preferred: ACLS
