No window cleaning experience is required. We hire for attitude and reliability, then provide paid training to help you build valuable skills and succeed.

This is a full-time, long-term position with predictable daytime hours, company vehicles, paid drive time, and opportunities to grow with one of the highest-rated exterior cleaning companies in the Greater Princeton area.

What You'll Do

• Clean residential and commercial windows using professional equipment and techniques
• Use water-fed pole systems and traditional hand-cleaning tools
• Perform pressure washing, soft washing, and gutter cleaning services
• Maintain clean, organized service vehicles and equipment
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every job site
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail

What We're Looking For

• Valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to our Montgomery-area meeting location
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights up to approximately 20 feet
• Able to perform physically demanding work throughout the day
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $20.00 per hour
