About Us
Our family is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal and Family Executive Assistant to help facilitate our upcoming move and provide seamless support in managing family schedules, coordinating activities, and handling administrative tasks. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys multitasking.
Key Responsibilities
- Move Coordination: Assist in organizing and facilitating our relocation, including logistics and vendor coordination.
- Family & Kids' Schedule Management: Oversee and maintain detailed calendars for the children, ensuring they are enrolled in and attending at least two enrichment activities (swimming, horseback riding, music, and art).
- Taylor's Scheduling & Social Calendar: Organize personal and professional engagements, reservations, and social events.
- Nanny Hiring & Household Staffing: Lead the recruitment process for a nanny and assist with other household staffing needs.
- Braxton's Communications & Scheduling: Act as a liaison between Braxton and his agency, marketing team, and foundation, ensuring smooth communication and scheduling.
- Braxton Key Foundation Support: Assist with administrative duties, coordination, and community engagement initiatives.
- Financial & Administrative Support: Manage bill payments, liaise with the family's financial advisor, and ensure all financial obligations are met on time.
- Health & Wellness Coordination: Set up and maintain workout schedules for Braxton and the kids, ensuring consistency and balance.
- General Organization: Maintain household efficiency, organize tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience as an executive or personal assistant, preferably in a family setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and discretion.
- Ability to manage multiple schedules and prioritize tasks.
- Experience coordinating household staff and vendors.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in calendar management, email correspondence, and
financial tracking.
- Ability to work independently and anticipate needs.
