Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining smooth daily operations by supporting order processing and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors
Support order processing by entering data and tracking status as needed
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
Maintain and organize office files and records
Assist with processing and distributing mail and packages
Order and maintain office supplies inventory
Provide additional support to team members and departments as needed
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or administrative training is a plus
Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or office support role preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
