Director of Nursing
A respected senior living community in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant resident care. This role oversees nursing staff, supports clinical standards and policies, partners closely with interdisciplinary leadership, and plays a key role in survey readiness and ongoing quality improvement. The ideal candidate is a licensed RN with senior living or skilled nursing leadership experience, strong knowledge of New Jersey regulations, and a hands-on, resident-focused leadership style.
