Director of Enrollment Management
Director of Enrollment Management Immaculata High School | Somerville, NJ Position Summary The Director of Enrollment Management is responsible for the strategic design and execution of a comprehensive enrollment plan, ensuring that all recruitment and retention efforts result in achieving the school's enrollment targets. Under the direction of the School Director, with immediate reports and working directly with the Principal of Immaculata High School, and in collaboration with the ICC/IHS Advancement Office; the Director of Enrollment Management is a key leadership role dedicated to the implementation and realization of the mission of Immaculata High School and the larger mission of the Catholic Church through the education of its young people. Primary Responsibilities Strategic Enrollment Leadership: In collaboration with the School Director, Board of Limited Jurisdiction, and Administration, establish and execute the Comprehensive Enrollment Plan to meet institutional growth goals. Admissions Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Admissions Office to ensure a high-quality, welcoming, and seamless experience for prospective families; assist with registration and course selection as needed. Marketing & Digital Engagement: Partner with the Marketing team to develop a robust enrollment-focused marketing strategy. Create compelling materials and maintain a consistent, vibrant social media presence to engage community stakeholders. Mission & Advancement Alignment: Coordinate with the Director of Mission Advancement to ensure that school events and outreach efforts are aligned with enrollment priorities. Tuition Assistance & Budgeting: Collaborate with the Business Manager to review tuition assistance applications and provide recommendations for fund allocations; manage the Admissions Office budget. Community Outreach: Serve as the primary public representative for the school at all enrollment and admissions events; conduct professional campus tours. Retention & Transition: Lead efforts to retain current students and manage the transition of families from the admissions process to fully enrolled status through orientations and welcome events. Program Optimization: Work with key stakeholders to maximize enrollment opportunities in areas such as athletics, the arts, summer camps, and campus ministry. Minimum Qualifications Faith & Mission: Must be a practicing Catholic in good standing with a deep commitment to the spiritual and catechetical mission of Catholic education. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Experience: Proven professional experience, preferably in Catholic education, sales, communications, or admissions. Key Skills: Exceptional public speaking and presentation capabilities; proficiency in digital media software and modern communication tools. Working Conditions & Demands Schedule: Full-time (typically 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM, M-F) with the flexibility required for evening and weekend events. Environment: Standard school/office setting. Ability to manage moderate to high levels of stress during peak enrollment seasons. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs; ability to sit, stand, and perform repetitive computer tasks; ability to monitor students in various settings and weather conditions. Professionalism: Must maintain a high level of composure and professional decorum at all times. Salary Range starting at $62,000; final compensation based on qualifications and experience.
