As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Licensed Patrol in Atlantic City, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control activities, and provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors. You will communicate clearly, document security-related activity, and contribute to a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to resident concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, building exteriors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific access-control procedures.
• Report maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
