CDL-A Truck Driver Bi-Weekly Home

10-4 Logistics USA is seeking experienced CDL-A truck drivers for OTR (over‑the‑road) routes. This opportunity is suited to professional drivers seeking reliable bi‑weekly home time and competitive per‑mile compensation.

Compensation and schedule

• Pay: $0.55–$0.65 per mile (based on experience).
• Typical weekly mileage: ~2,500 miles.
• Estimated weekly earnings: $1,500+ (varies with miles and home time).
• Pay frequency: bi‑weekly, paid via direct deposit.
• Home time: bi‑weekly (home every other week).

Equipment and freight

• Company‑provided tractors with dry‑van and refrigerated (reefer) trailers.
• Primarily no‑touch/drop‑and‑hook freight (approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook).
• OTR routes throughout the continental United States.

Primary duties and responsibilities

• Operate company tractor safely and in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Perform drop‑and‑hook deliveries and occasional live loading/unloading as required.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and required driver paperwork; comply with hours‑of‑service rules.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report defects and maintenance needs promptly.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with dispatch, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Adhere to company safety standards and trucking industry best practices at all times.

Minimum qualifications

• Valid, current Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A).
• Verifiable tractor‑trailer driving experience: 3 months within the last 12 months, or 6 months within the last 18 months, or 12 months within the last 24 months.
• No DWI(s) within the past 7 years.
• No more than three moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No preventable DOT‑reportable accidents in the past 3 years.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment DOT physical and drug screen; meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements.
• No refusal or failure of required drug tests.
