Therapist - Remote | WFH

Your Role:

As a Remote Therapist, you will:

Provide Remote Care: Deliver short-term, evidence-based therapy programs to individuals via remote platforms.
Manage a Caseload: Maintain a caseload of at least 10 participants, ensuring consistent and effective care.
Flexible Scheduling: Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week, with the flexibility to choose a consistent schedule between 9 am and 8 pm local time, including potential weekend availability.
Monitor Progress: Track participant progress, provide follow-up communication, and offer care coordination recommendations.
Document Thoroughly: Maintain detailed and accurate session notes.
Collaborate within a Team: Work closely with a care team, assisting participants with accessing resources, obtaining consents, and authorizations.
Address Safety Concerns: Identify and respond to high-risk participant encounters, adhering to established safety protocols.
Participate in Team Activities: Attend regular supervisory meetings, monthly team meetings, and town hall events.
Ensure Confidentiality: Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, adhering to HIPAA Privacy & Security policies and completing annual training requirements.

1099 Contract Opportunity: This position is a 1099 contract.
Qualifications:

Required:
Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in the state of New Jersey (LCSW or LPC).
Ability to commit to a consistent schedule of 10+ hours per week.
Currently eligible to enroll in Medicare, or able to terminate opt-out if applicable.
Preferred:
Clinical experience in psychotherapy utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-focused approaches.
Interest in obtaining licensure in additional states.
A strong passion for impacting lives and advancing behavioral healthcare.
Compensation and Benefits:

The hourly range for this role is $28.61 to $56.06 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. We comply with all minimum wage laws.
