Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 Annual Salary

Position Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and exceptional Risk Management Analyst for our SNF in Toms River, NJ . This is a full-time, hybrid position, Monday through Friday from 9am- 5pm.

Q ualifications of the Risk Management Analyst:

• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, data analysis, or operations.
• Strong Excel proficiency and advanced data-management skills.
• Experience in invoice tracking, cost reconciliation, and budgeting support.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and responsive, with the ability to coordinate across teams such as Legal, Finance, brokers, carriers, counsel, and TPAs.

Responsibilities of the Risk Management Analyst:

• Maintain a centralised system to monitor claim costs, expenses, exposure, and insurance program utilisation across GL/PL and EL/EPLI lines
• Review, reconcile, and process invoices and legal spend, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and payment workflows for all claim-related expenses.
• Track key insurance metrics—including SIRs, deductibles, premiums, aggregates, and remaining cap positions—by policy year.
• Maintain an up-to-date log of all claims and incidents, capturing status, key dates, venue, jurisdiction, allegation type, posture, reserves, and spend.
• Analyse trends in frequency, severity, settlements, and defence costs, and prepare rolling forecasts of projected claim spend.
• Provide Legal, Finance, brokers, carriers, TPAs, and outside counsel with accurate and timely data, reporting, and analytical support.
