Sales Support Specialist

TEKsystems is currently supporting a client in Camden, NJ hiring for an Account Manager/Sales Support Specialist. This position would support the sales purchase order process in a manufacturing environment. Applicants with experience in a sales and administrative support are are encouraged to apply.

Description

• Support sales manager with purchase order requests
• Enter sales orders and process information accurately
• Evaluate and track inventory levels and communicate process with internal team effectively
• Provide strong customer service and support for customer inquiries
• Provide shipping updates and invoicing requirements
• Organize data in excel and accurately input customer information
• Adhere to policies and process for company standards

Qualifications

• Sales support experience
• Excel skills and comfortable with data entry
• Accounting experience preferred
• Invoicing/billing experience
• Customer service

Additional Details

• Monday-Friday
• On-site position
• 8am-5pm
• Must be comfortable in a manufacturing environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CAMDEN, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
