The Window Cleaning Technician is responsible for completing residential and commercial window cleaning services while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, being outdoors, working as part of a team, and creating a great experience for customers.
This position combines window cleaning, exterior service work, customer service, and teamwork in a fast-paced field environment. Responsibilities
- Complete exterior and interior window cleaning services for residential and commercial customers
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service on every job
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete scheduled service appointments
- Maintain strong customer relationships through positive communication and quality work
- Help create a memorable customer experience at every service visit
- Follow company procedures and safety standards while working on-site
- Continuously improve through training, coaching, and feedback
- Represent the Sparkle Squad brand with professionalism and pride
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Enjoy working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable in a team-oriented work environment
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-disciplined, dependable, and motivated
- Natural problem-solver with attention to detail
- Valid drivers license preferred
- Ability to perform physical work and complete jobs at a high level of quality
