Well-established service company in Union County, NJ is seeking a reliable, organized, and experienced Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple service projects from start to completion
- Schedule technicians and coordinate daily operations
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal staff
- Prepare proposals, track job progress, and ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain job costing, documentation, and reporting
- Problem-solve and handle customer concerns professionally
Qualifications:
- 3+ years project management experience (service industry preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
