Your Role and Responsibilities

• Executing thorough patient evaluations, initiating diagnostic tests, and constructing personalized care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic conditions in partnership with physicians or autonomously (depending on licensure)
• Instructing patients and their families on prevention, well-being, and chronic disease management

Educational Credentials

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in New Jersey
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or an equivalent specialization
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to acquire within 90 days)
