- Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Tuesdays: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (additional available hours)
Position Overview:
Supreme Modular is seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone looking for stable, consistent part-time work in a comfortable and friendly office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Route incoming emails to appropriate staff.
- Send and receive faxes.
- Perform data entry and general administrative support.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming front office area.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Basic email knowledge and communication skills.
- Strong typing and data entry skills.
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
