Production & Inventory Associate

Staff Management Group is seeking a Production & Inventory Associate for our client in Oakland, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule :

• 1st Shift: 9AM - 5PM
• Monday - Friday

Pay Rate :

• $20 / hour

Job Summary :

We’re seeking a reliable, fast-paced Production & Inventory Associate to join our team. This hybrid role includes operating a UV printer to customize products like poker chips, golf balls, and other promotional items, as well as assisting with inventory receiving, handling, and occasional transport between local facilities.

Job Responsibilities :

• Operate UV printing machines and ensure quality output on custom products
• Prepare and set up items for printing (e.g., poker chips, golf balls)
• Receive, organize, and manage incoming inventory shipments
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Occasionally drive a company U-Haul (approx. 20-minute trip) to transfer inventory
• Assist in general warehouse duties as needed

Job Requirements :

• MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish
• Must be physically strong and comfortable lifting boxes up to 50 lbs
• Fast-paced work ethic with strong attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (U-Haul driving experience a plus)
• Willingness to learn and follow UV printing procedures
• Dependable and able to work independently and as part of a team
