The Role

As a Giftogram Account Manager , you’ll be the trusted advisor to our existing customers — helping them get the most out of our platform, expand their programs, and measure the impact of appreciation. You’ll balance strategy and execution: part relationship-builder, part growth-driver, and part problem-solver.

This isn’t just “manage the book.” It’s about building partnerships that make customers say, “We love working with Giftogram.”

What You’ll Do

• Own a portfolio of Giftogram customers, ensuring retention, growth, and satisfaction.

• Identify expansion opportunities through usage insights, campaign planning, and relationship building.

• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Care to deliver an effortless customer experience.

• Run regular account reviews and share best practices to help customers scale their gifting strategies.

• Forecast renewals and upsell opportunities with precision and care.

• Advocate for your customers internally — their success is your success.

What Makes You Great

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or SaaS Sales.

• Proven record of growing existing accounts and hitting retention or expansion targets.

• A customer-first mindset — you love building trust and uncovering ways to deliver more value.

• Strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable running demos or executive QBRs.

• A collaborative spirit and a sense of humor. (We appreciate people who appreciate people.)
