Workday Business Analyst
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Workday implementations and enhancements.
- Analyze existing workflows and processes in Workday to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for configuration and development teams.
- Assist in the configuration of Workday modules, ensuring alignment with business processes.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure system changes meet business needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their experience with Workday.
- Stay informed about Workday updates and best practices to continuously improve system functionality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Workday implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Workday modules, including HCM, Financials, or Payroll.
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, process mapping, and system configuration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and training end-users on new systems.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
