Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Director of Nursing to join our team. As the Director of Nursing, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care services to our clients. You will oversee all aspects of nursing operations and provide leadership and guidance to our dedicated caregivers. This is a PRN position, offering flexibility in scheduling to accommodate both personal and professional commitments.

Responsibilities :

• Implement policies, procedures, and protocols in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff, ensuring the highest quality of care and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives and ensure operational efficiency and growth of the company.
• Conduct regular assessments of client needs and collaborate with the care team to develop individualized care plans.
• Oversee medication management and ensure accurate documentation of client medications.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client charts and documentation of review of caregivers.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.

Qualifications :

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of NJ.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Proven experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in a home care or personal assistant services setting.
• In-depth knowledge of nursing practices and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
