Job Title: Compounder Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Compounder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling and weighing various types of liquid and solid raw materials, including chemicals and essential oils. You will be responsible for utilizing and maintaining equipment to produce flavor emulsions and blending ingredients for intermediate use and finished products.

• Handle and weigh various types of liquid and solid raw materials, including chemicals and essential oils.
• Utilize and maintain two-stage homogenizers and shearmills to produce flavor emulsions.
• Blend and mix ingredients for intermediate use and finished products.
• Perform sanitation duties including Clean-In-Place (CIP) and Clean-Out-Place (COP).
• Perform related duties as assigned by the manager in the Lab.

• 2-3 years of experience compounding liquids in the food and beverage industry.
• 2-3 years of experience with homogenizers.
• 2-3 years of experience in emulsification.

• Experience in the food and beverage industry.

The work environment requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety goggles to ensure safety standards are met. The company is expecting a 30% growth next year, providing a dynamic and expanding work environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Avenel, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Avenel,NJ.
