As a Campus Recruiting Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be instrumental in identifying and attracting top-tier talent for our critical operations-oriented roles. These roles are the backbone of our business, ensuring our innovative solutions are implemented, maintained, and optimized for our customers. You'll be a key player in building the next generation of Siemens' field service, building automation, and fire & life safety experts.
We are looking for a Campus Recruiting Talent Acquisition-Operations. This position is located remotely within the United States.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Strategize & Execute: Develop and implement comprehensive campus recruiting strategies specifically targeting operations-focused programs and academic institutions.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with career services, faculty, and student organizations at target schools to enhance Siemens' brand and presence.
- Source & Engage: Proactively identify and connect with high-potential students for internships, co-ops, and development program opportunities.
- Event Management: Plan and execute engaging campus recruiting events, career fairs, information sessions, and technical workshops.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through offer and onboarding.
- Collaborate & Advise: Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs and provide expert guidance on market trends and recruiting best practices.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruiting efforts.
- Brand Ambassador: Act as a passionate ambassador for Siemens, showcasing our innovative culture, career development opportunities, and commitment to sustainability.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in campus recruiting
- 3+ years of recruiting for technical, engineering, or operations-oriented roles (e.g., manufacturing, skilled trades, field service, supply chain).
- 3+ years of experience with campus recruiting best practices, trends, and technologies.
- 3+ years of experience working in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently during peak recruiting seasons (e.g., Fall Campus recruiting)
- Authorized to work in the US without the need for company sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
- An Associate's or Trade-school degree, or a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Experience working in a large, complex, global organization
- Prior experience in the higher education sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Experience recruiting for field service, building automation, or fire & life safety roles.
- A passion for technology and innovation.

- The pay range for this position is $74,970-$128,520, and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
