Temporary General Affair Associate
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable General Affairs Associate (Temp) to support daily administrative and facility-related operations. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Korean and English and will play a key role in maintaining an efficient and well-organized workplace environment.
This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive attitude in handling various general office and administrative functions.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage general administrative and office support functions
Maintain and organize office supplies, inventory, and procurement activities
Support facility management tasks, including office maintenance and vendor coordination
Assist with company asset management and office equipment tracking
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and internal activities
Handle incoming correspondence, mail distribution, and courier services
Support travel arrangements, expense tracking, and basic accounting-related tasks (WebSlips)
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in administrative processes
Serve as a point of contact for internal requests related to general affairs and office operations
Provide additional administrative support as needed across departments
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
Previous experience in administrative, general affairs, or office support roles preferred
Proficiency in English required; Korean language skills preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional attitude with the ability to handle tasks proactively
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
