We're seeking a motivated Automotive Service Advisor to serve as the key link between customers and our service department. If you excel at customer service, communication, and automotive knowledge, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a reputable dealership.
What You'll Do- Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs
- Schedule service appointments and manage workflow
- Prepare repair orders and explain recommended services
- Communicate repair updates and timelines
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient service delivery
- Review completed repairs and process customer payments
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair services
- Proficiency with dealership management software is a plus
- Valid driver's license required
