Apptad- SAFe Senior Product Owner/Product Manager

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of various projects. As a SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, the role will involve defining and prioritizing product features, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure product success. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage cross functional project teams to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and scope
2. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
3. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
4. Identify and resolve project issues and risks, escalating when necessary
5. Conduct project reviews and ensure compliance with quality standards
6. Define product features, prioritize the product backlog, and work closely with the development team
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product vision and goals are understood and implemented
8. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions
9. Ensure product success through effective collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement



Skill Requirements
1. Strong knowledge and experience in project management methodologies and tools
2. Proven experience as a safe product owner/product manager in an agile environment
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
4. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Understanding of software development lifecycle and principles
7. Certification in safe or project management (e.g., safe product owner/product manager, pmp) is preferred


Certifications: SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, Project Management Professional (PMP)
